Perry Watkins has built himself what he believes to be the world’s smallest car. At 39 inches tall, the Postman Pat replicar is 21 inches lower than a Toyota Yaris. Its 26-inch width and 51-inch length makes the Watkinsmobile 44 inches narrow than a new Kia Soul and almost 8 feet shorter than a Mini Cooper.
