Nissan Canada Sales Figures & Recent Highlights
Nissan is one of the most popular car brands in Canada. However, recent yearly sales figures indicates that Nissan’s sales are dropping all across the board. Last year, Nissan announced that they sold 134,729 vehicles, a decrease of 9.6 per cent over 2018. Even though their Rogue, Murano, and Pathfinder SUV sales were down, they are still popular among buyers. Add in the popularity of Nissan’s newer models such as the second-generation Leaf, Murano, Rogue, Qashqai, and Kicks we expect Nissan to recover for their recent sales slump over the next couple of years.
Nissan Canada sales have been declining in recent years. In 2020, Nissan Canada sales were 100,000 units. In 2021, Nissan Canada sales fell to 85,000 units. And in 2022, Nissan Canada sales fell further to 70,000 units. Despite the decline in sales, Nissan Canada is still a profitable brand. The company has a strong brand image and a loyal customer base. Nissan is also investing in new models, such as the Nissan Ariya.
Nissan is investing in electric vehicles. The company plans to launch several new electric vehicles in the coming years, including the Nissan Rogue EV. The Nissan Murano was discontinued in 2022. This model was not selling well, and Nissan decided to focus on its other models. The Nissan Ariya is an electric SUV that is known for its stylish design and efficient powertrain. It is the first Nissan model to be offered as an electric vehicle.
