Mercedes-Benz V-Class Sales Figures

Mercedes-Benz V-Class

In Europe, the Mercedes-Benz V-Class was introduced in 2014 as a successor to the Mercedes-Benz Viano. The V-Class replaced the Mercedes-Benz Viano in 2016, exactly two years after the European launch of the third generation Mercedes-Benz V-Class and 7 months after its launch in the US as the Mercedes-Benz Metris. In China, the V-Class is powered by a 2-liter turbocharged gasoline engine with 200hp and 350 Nm, as opposed to Europe where it is only available with diesel engines. Prices start at 489.000 Yuan (US$ 74,400 / € 65.500), so it shouldn’t be surprising this isn’t a volume model.

Mercedes-Benz V-Class Overview

The Mercedes-Benz GLB-Class is a compact luxury SUV introduced by the German automaker to fit into its extensive SUV lineup. Positioned between the smaller GLA and the larger GLC, the GLB stands out due to its boxier design and the option of a third-row seat, a rarity in the compact SUV segment.

The Mercedes-Benz V-Class is a luxury minivan that was first introduced in 2014. It is available in both passenger and cargo variants. The V-Class is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 208 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. It is available with rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. The V-Class has a starting MSRP of $47,350 in the United States.
