Ford Puma
The Puma is Ford’s second model in the popular small SUV segment, but it’s a more sporty model than the EcoSport, and has been designed with the European car buyer in mind. It’s based on the seventh generation Fiesta platform and is powered by a mild hybrid 1.0-liter EcoBoost 3-cylinder turbo engine with a belt-driven integrated starter, which uses energy from the braking system to charge the 48-volt lithium-ion battery pack in order to increase torque and lower emissions. It’s available in two power versions, the base version has 125hp (97kW) and 210Nm of torque, while the optional version has 155hp (114kW) and 240Nm of torque. In both cases the integrated starter system boosts an additional 50Nm.
