The entry-level Model S lacks the performance of the Plaid, but it’s still pretty quick for its size. The interior is beginning to look dated, but it still feels plush and comfortable. The yoke-steering compromises the driving experience. Thankfully, the regular wheel is available as a no-cost option.

This Tesla might just be the answer if you are shopping for an EV ideal for a medium-to-large family. Only a few EVs are as large as the Model X.
