After launching the Qin Plug-in Hybrid in December 2013, BYD started sales of the full-electric version Qin EV300 in May 2016. The Plug-in Hybrid has a combined output of 303hp and 440 Nm, as the 1,5-liter turbo engine has 154hp and 240 Nm and the electric motor another 149hp and 200 Nm, mated to a 6-speed double clutch gearbox.
