A Graph published earlier today by The Good Car Guy manifested the great strength of GM’s new crossovers, the Chevrolet Equinox and GMC Terrain. The brand new Kia Sorento was chugging along, as well, becoming the best-selling Kia in the U.S. in January. This is a growing segment, one which produced the best-selling “SUV” in America last year and the five best-selling SUVs in Canada.
Why the popularity? It’s too late to ignore the love North American consumers feel for jacked-up ride height. Nobody’s kidding themselves anymore – these vehicles do not head off-road. More important than a view of traffic or interior space is price. Consumers get what they want with small SUVs (“cute-utes” or “soft-roaders” work, too) without paying through the nose.
Every vehicle mentioned in the earlier Sales Stats article is listed below, in addition to the Mitsubishi Outlander. This time, scan downwards as the base MSRP rises upwards. In brackets, Canadian residents can find the .ca sticker price.

the Dodge Journey isn't quite right, US base is $20,490 and Canada is $19,995 (special promo or destination should not be included otherwise its misleading). Odd that this is the only model that's lower in Canada.
Generally the base Canadian model has more features that the base US model. I know this for sure in the case of the Sorento.
This model is bound to get a good run for its money. People will fall in love with the features and good looks of the SUV.
Here in Asia, the lowest offering of the 2010 Kia Sportage is actually more expensive than the new 2010 Tucson ix. A difference of about 5k USD.
But i think the 2010 Kia Sportage more better vehicle than 2010 Tucson. As far as the price is taken into concern the Asian people are likely to buy a super model then the price is whatever it may be. They look the style and millage of a car. Isn't it?
Thank you for a good webpage and I hope you retain up the very good perform. If you do I will keep on to browse through it.
