Lincoln MKS
The Lincoln MKS was a full-size luxury sedan that was manufactured and marketed by Lincoln from 2008 to 2016. It was based on the Ford Taurus and was intended to be a more luxurious and refined alternative to the Taurus. The MKS was available in two trim levels: Luxury and Reserve. The Luxury trim came standard with a 3.7L V6 engine, while the Reserve trim came standard with a 3.5L EcoBoost V6 engine. Both engines were mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. The MKS was praised for its luxurious interior, comfortable ride, and powerful engines. However, it was criticized for its high price tag, which started at $39,995.

What was Ford thinking by doing away with the Lincoln Town Car ? Granted sales slipped off, but that was their own fault for not redesigning it. They should have redesigned the Town car. As a Lincoln Town Car owner, I just left the U.S. market and went Mercedes. I did not want to, but after test driving the MKS, I had no choice. The MKS was uncomfortable, no leg room, and the console was massive. By the way I am not old. I'm 47. But the Town car provided great comfort on constant long trips I took. Would you please bring it back ? I actually kept my old one and did not trade it.
