2017 Best Selling Pickup Trucks In Canada (All Models Ranked)
Ford’s F-Series, especially the F-150, continued to be a best-seller in Canada in 2017. The F-Series had held the title of Canada’s best-selling truck for several decades by this point. General Motors’ Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra also sold well in the Canadian market. These trucks have historically been popular in Canada and represented a significant chunk of GM’s total sales in the country.
The RAM 1500 and its other variants also experienced good sales in 2017. RAM has been a strong contender in the full-size pickup segment and had grown its market share over the years. Japanese brands like Toyota and Nissan also had their contenders in the pickup market, with the Toyota Tacoma and Tundra, as well as the Nissan Frontier and Titan. While they didn’t have the same volume of sales as the American brands, they maintained a consistent presence in the market.
