The Ford Transit is produced in China by the JMC-Ford Joint Venture between Ford and Jiangling Motor Corporation, which also produces the Ford Everest and Tourneo (the luxury version of the Transit) in China. Car sales statistics from China only include domestic production and exclude imported models.
