Mazda B-Series
The Mazda B-Series was a line of compact pickup trucks that were manufactured and marketed by Mazda from 1961 to 2006. It was also sold as the Ford Ranger in North America and the Mazda Proceed in Japan. The B-Series was available in two body styles: regular cab and extended cab. It was powered by a variety of engines over the years, including four-cylinder, six-cylinder, and diesel engines.
The B-Series was praised for its reliability, fuel efficiency, and affordability. It was also praised for its handling, which was better than most other compact pickup trucks of its time. However, the B-Series was also criticized for its lack of interior space, its dated design, and its poor safety ratings.
The Mazda B-Series was discontinued after the 2006 model year due to declining sales. It was replaced by the Mazda BT-50, which is a larger and more capable pickup truck.
