Audi Canada Sales Figures & Recent Highlights
Here you will find monthly and yearly Canadian sales figures for the Audi brand. Globally, Audi is a sales juggernaut with each month seemingly a record vs a year ago. In Canada, Audi’s sales performance has mimicked that global pattern. Audi sales have grown from 7,422 units in 2004 to 36,908 units in 2017, an astonishing run for a premium brand in Canada. Between 2011 and 2017, Audi sold an incremental 4,000 new cars per year every year (very consistently). Audi Canada benefited from the SUV trend and the proliferation of Audi models across the model range in that period.
More recently things have slowed down. While 2018 saw a new record-breaking Canadian sales year for Audi at 36,908 cars, that was only 2.5% growth which is a slowing rate for the brand. Audi continued to do well even consider Covid and is still one of the leading brands in Canada in the luxury market. We will see how Audi grows in Canada in the coming years but there is no doubt it is an important market for the brand. Canada is a top ten largest markets for the brand.
