The Mercedes-Benz SLC-Class is a compact luxury roadster produced by Mercedes-Benz. Initially introduced as the SLK-Class in 1996, it underwent a name change to SLC in 2016 to align with Mercedes’ new naming conventions. The Mercedes-AMG SLC model, particularly the SLC 43, provided enhanced performance, with a more powerful engine, sport-tuned suspension, and unique styling cues that distinguished it from the standard SLC. However, after the 2020 model year, Mercedes-Benz announced the discontinuation of the SLC-Class, marking the end of this particular roadster’s production. Special “Final Edition” models were released to commemorate its farewell.
