Lexus LFA
The Lexus LFA is a limited production, high-performance sports car that was manufactured by Lexus from 2010 to 2012. It was the first standalone model from the F marque performance division of Lexus.
The LFA was powered by a 4.8L naturally-aspirated V10 engine that was hand-built by Yamaha. The engine produced 553 horsepower and 354 lb-ft of torque, and it was mated to a 6-speed automated manual transmission. The LFA could accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 3.7 seconds and had a top speed of 202 mph.
The LFA was praised for its handling, braking, and its unique exhaust note. It was also praised for its luxurious interior, which featured carbon fiber, leather, and Alcantara. However, the LFA was criticized for its high price tag, which started at $375,000.
Lexus LFA Sales Figures
Only 500 LFA’s were produced, making it one of the rarest and most sought-after cars in the world. Today, used LFA’s can sell for over $1 million.
